Last week I had the chance to meet up with the uber sexy, styling and philanthropic Jackie! She contacted me because, as she stated it, “I’m not the same person I was when I got married. I went into marriage thinking that it was going to be a fairytale, so I had the big poofy white dress and the long train, but the day after wards I woke up and realized I was wrong.” Jackie wanted a chance to wear her dress again, but this time, as a new more confident and radiant women. Honestly, I haven’t seen pictures of Jax on her wedding day, but I think she’s even more gorgeous today! I think all women should have a chance to do a “Trash the Dress” or “Day After Session,” well in this case years after, but sometimes I think it takes having the gift of marriage and years of growing and healing from our past to discover the true women that we are meant to be! Now onto the photographs!

There were so many amazing vendors and instructors that gave of their time and talent, please see the full list at the end of the post! I love photographing with out the stress of the wedding day, and also why I do several “Day after” or “Trash the Dress” sessions, because with the right amount of time, light and subjects you can get images like these!
