{Aspen Wedding Photorapher} Betsy & Craig’s wedding at T Lazy 7 Ranch Aspen, CO…
Betsy was one of the most calm and gracious brides that I’ve ever met. With her sweet demeanor, and elegant beauty I can see why Craig fell head over heals for her! I was thrilled with the opportunity to be the second photographer to Jared Wilson for this unique Aspen wedding. I just love Aspen and can’t wait to return, perhaps for a romantic get away with my hubby or maybe for your wedding! Now onto some images from the day at the gorgeous T Lazy 7 Ranch.
{Denver Wedding Photographer} Wedding at the Oxford Hotel, Denver, CO…
I don’t always get around to blogging weddings that I second shoot for, but this one is way past due, and a must see. Not only was the wedding spectacular, but the couple was super fun and dashing too! If you’re looking for a wedding photographer and I’m not available for your date, then I would highly recommend Jared Wilson, who I’ve had the honor of photographing along side for a number of top notch weddings, Ryan and Jessica’s being one such event, with florals and design by rockstar, Stacy Pisani, Denver wedding planner with Alexan Events. If you’re a bride, who loves the color purple, then you’re going to dig this wedding! The couple was so laid back and a breeze to photograph, while the details and floral arrangements were easily some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen! Now onto some of the details from the day.
Here are the bridesmaids on their way to get formal photographs taken. Charlie, on your left, did an amazing job on the ladies makeup and you may remember from Kevin & Kristen’s wedding.
{Vail Destination Wedding Photographer} Wedding at the Arrabelle with Mark and Lindsey…
I realize I’m a few months behind on posting these weddings, but with the end of summer came training and finishing my first half marathon, which I was really excited about! Then I became pregnant with our 2nd child, then there was Christmas, and now after deciding not to sell our house and build a new one, I finally have a little bit of time on my hands. With that said, I was fortunate enough to photograph along the amazing James Christianson this summer up in Vail at the new Annabelle resort, which is a little taste of Europe right in Vail Square. Mark and Lindsey were married at the top of Vail mountain and the lighting could not have been more perfect! There whole wedding had a very Pacific Northwest feel, which was very unique to the mountain landscape, but none the less had the aesthetics, beauty and greenery suited there wedding day like a glove. Now onto some images from their day in July!
{Lafayette Wedding Photographer Trash The Dress} with Jackie…
Last week I had the chance to meet up with the uber sexy, styling and philanthropic Jackie! She contacted me because, as she stated it, “I’m not the same person I was when I got married. I went into marriage thinking that it was going to be a fairytale, so I had the big poofy white dress and the long train, but the day after wards I woke up and realized I was wrong.” Jackie wanted a chance to wear her dress again, but this time, as a new more confident and radiant women. Honestly, I haven’t seen pictures of Jax on her wedding day, but I think she’s even more gorgeous today! I think all women should have a chance to do a “Trash the Dress” or “Day After Session,” well in this case years after, but sometimes I think it takes having the gift of marriage and years of growing and healing from our past to discover the true women that we are meant to be! Now onto the photographs!
